The Sangamon County Court Services Committee will hold its regular meeting 5 p.m. Thursday at 200 S. Ninth St. during which it will consider a replacement request for secretary/receptionist with a salary range of $25,424 to $30,507, effective May 8.
The committee also will consider a plan to hire a senior probation officer with an annual salary of $42,194-to-$52,739 after the previous senior probation officer was promoted to supervisor last month.
The committee also will consider several travel requests from judges, attorneys and other legal-services personnel who want to attend the National Association of Drug Court Professionals Conference in Anaheim, California, May 31 to June 4. Attendance is required for a jurisdiction to qualify for a drug-court grant.
