Casey council expected to OK no utilities rate increases for fiscal 2017

At this week's meeting, Casey City Council was expected to approve a measure mandating no rate increases to local public utility services for fiscal 2017.

The council also was expected to approve an ordinance to add Yargus in Clark Center to the Clark County Enterprise Zone.

The council also was expected to approve an amendment to the Clark County Enterprise Zone intergovernmental agreement.

The council also was expected to approve a bid to buy a Bush Hog, and the hiring of youths to work in the  Public Utilities and Street Departments over the summer.
