During a special meeting recently, the Sherman Public Library Board of Trustees decided to let the Central Illinois Blood Bank use the library's parking lot for an upcoming mobile blood drive.
The board also received copies of new notary, test proctoring and personnel policies.
The board also went into closed session to discuss the search for a new library director.
