At a meeting this week, the Sangamon County Building and Grounds Committee received an update on an LRS contract for a regional planning website.
The Building and Grounds Committee oversees the budgets of the recorder, Building and Grounds Department, Information Systems, Central Services and Human Resources. Through the Building and Grounds Department, the committee oversees repairs and maintenance of the County Complex, the telecommunications and computer network through the Information Systems Department, mail services and printing through the Central Services Department, and benefits and payroll administration through the Human Resource Department.
