Sherman trustees consider proposed animal-control services pact with county

At a meeting this week, the Sherman Board considered an intergovernmental agreement for animal-control services between the village and the Sangamon County Department of Public Health.

The Sherman Village Board of Trustees includes six trustees and the village president, all of whom are elected from the village at large. The board meets at 6 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month at Sherman Village Hall, 401 St. John Drive.

Sangamon County Department of Public Health and the Village of Sherman

received June 25, 2016 for the period of May 1, 2016 – April 30, 2017, in the

amount of $1,104.52.

4. Authorization for Village President and Village Engineer to issue a Request

for Proposal (RFP) for infrastructure improvements as detailed in the Village

Engineers Report at the April 5, 2016 Regular Meeting of the Village Board.
