The Sangamon County Liquor Committee will consider license requests by the Pleasant Plains Historical Society and Celebration Catering at its next meeting 5 p.m. Wednesday.
The committee approves all liquor licenses. Meetings are held at 5 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.
