• Approve to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of $58,000 effective on or after September 12, 2016; the previous employee left the payroll system on August 12, 2016

• Approve to hire Amber Calvert as Secretary at an annual salary of $25,524 effective September 5, 2016; the previous employee transferred within the County effective August 4, 2016

• Approve to hire a replacement Clerk/Typist at an annual salary of up to $24,900 effective on or after October 5, 2016; the previous employee was promoted within the department effective September 5, 2016

Sheriff, Wes Barr

• Approve to hire a replacement Merit Deputy at an annual salary of $47,362 effective October 17, 2016; the current employee will leave the payroll system on September 9, 2016

• Approve to hire a replacement Civil Family Front Counter Clerk at an annual salary of $26,374.72 effective September 12, 2016; the previous employee left the payroll system on August 12, 2016

• Approve to hire a replacement Deputy County Clerk at an annual salary of $30,000-32,000 effective October 16, 2016; the current employee will transfer to another department effect September 16, 2016

• Approve to hire Mari McCubbin as a Temp/Seasonal Employee at a rate of $15/Hour effective September 14, 2016

• Approve to hire Donald Schultz as an Election Judge Trainer at a rate of $95/Hour effective October 1, 2016

• Approve to hire Jeff Berry as an Election Day Registrar Trainer at a rate of $20/Hour effective September 26, 2016

• Approve travel request to attend the Illinois Association of County Officials Fall Conference to be held on November 14-16, 2016

• Approve travel request to attend the Midwest regional CAC Conference held in Minneapolis, MN on September 13-16, 2016

• Approve to hire a replacement Secretary at an annual salary of $27,034 effective September 26, 2016; the previous employee transferred within the Department effective August 26, 2016

• Approve to hire a replacement Treatment Specialist at an annual salary of $41,190 effective October 11, 2016; the current employee left the payroll system on September 9, 2016
