ACTION:

1. Conduct a public hearing on petitions submitted by Trevor J. and Michelle K.

Clatfelter, for a setback variance of 10 feet for an irregular shaped lot identified as Parcel ID No. 06-36.0-350-001, Lot 85, in Steeplechase Fourth Addition in the Village of Sherman, IL 62684. This notice was posted in The State Journal Register on Saturday, September 17, 2016 in compliance with the Sherman Village Code.

PUBLIC COMMENT / QUESTIONS: At the public hearing, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to provide oral and written testimony. The hearing may be continued to another date by motion of the Zoning Board of Appeals at the hearing without further notice.
