Ordinance 17-17 Approving the Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the Village of Rochester, Sangamon County, Illinois and Rochester Community Unit School District No 3A. Trustee Zobrist made a motion to adopt Ordinance 17-17. Motion seconded by Trustee Eandi.

Ordinance 17-21 Approving the Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the Village of Rochester, Sangamon County, Illinois (Rochester Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District I) and Rochester Public Library District and Rochester Community Unit School District #3A and Rochester Fire Protection District and Lincoln Land Community College District #526 and Sangamon County Water Reclamation District and Rochester Township District and County of Sangamon.
