Court Services - Mike Torchia

- Approval for Court Services to apply for a grant in the amount of $222,477 from the Adult Redeploy Illinois/Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority. This grant Supports our Drug Court Program. No matching funds are required.

- Approval for Court Services to apply for a grant not to exceed $35,000 from the Illinois Department of Human Services/Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission. This grant supports our Juvenile Justice Council. No matching funds are required.

- Approval to hire a Treatment Specialist at an annual salary of $41,190 effective June 5, 2017. Previous employee will be leaving the payroll on May 5, 2017.

- Approval to Travel for Michael Torchia from Court Services to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 17-18, 2017. Total cost is $170.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Captain Cheryllyn Williams from the Sheriff's Office to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 17-18, 2017. Total cost is $170.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Corrine Briscoe from Macoupin County to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 1718, 2017. Total cost is $219.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Suzann Maxheimer from the 7" Judicial Circuit to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 17-18, 2017. Total cost is $105.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Rebecca Sanders from Veterans Affairs to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 1718, 2017. Total cost is $155.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Judge Ryan Cadagin from the 7" Judicial Circuit to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 17-18, 2017. Total cost is $105.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Kent Holsopple from Court Services to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 1718, 2017. Total cost is $170.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Tod Dillard from Morgan County to attend the Adult Redeploy Illinois All-Sites Meeting in Bloomington, IL from May 17-18, 2017. Total cost is $207.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for Michael Torchia to attend the American Probation and Parole Association's 42"Annual Training Institute in New York, NY from August 23-30, 2017. Total cost is $1726.00 which is being paid out of the Probation Fee Fund.

- Approval to Travel for Tawnya Frioli from the Public Defender’s Office to attend the National Association Drug Court Professional Conference in Washington, DC from July 8-12, 2017. Total cost is $1598.00 which is being paid out of the Probation Fee Fund.

- Approval to Travel for Rachel Ritzer from the State’s Attorney’s Office to attend the National Association Drug Court Professional Conference in Washington, DC from July 8-12, 2017. Total cost is $1598.00 which is being paid out of the Probation Fee Fund.

- Approval to Travel for a stakeholder from the Adult Redeploy Illinois Veterans Court Planning Grant to attend Lake County, IL Veterans Court in Lake County, IL from June 1-2, 2017. Total cost is $139.60 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for a stakeholder from the Adult Redeploy Illinois Veterans Court Planning Grant to attend Winnebago, IL Veterans Court in Winnebago County, IL from June 4-5, 2017. Total cost is $524.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

- Approval to Travel for a stakeholder from the Adult Redeploy Illinois Veterans Court Planning Grant to attend Winnebago, IL Veterans Court in Winnebago County, IL from June 4-5, 2017. Total cost is $128.40 which is being paid out of the Adult Redeploy Illinois grant.

Circuit Clerk - Paul Palazzolo/David Durall.

- Approval to hire three (3) Seasonal employees at an hourly salary of $10.00 effective May 15, 2017.

- Approval to hire a Civil Family Front Counter Clerk at an annual salary of $26,691.22 effective June 24, 2017. Previous employee will leave the payroll on May 24, 2017.

- Approval for service agreement with Brinks.

- Approval for renewal of intergovernmental agreement with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.

Public Defender - Bob Scherschligt

- Approval to hire TBD at an annual salary of $45,000 effective 6/5/17. Previous employee will leave the payroll on 4/28/17 (Tabled 4/6/17)

- Pre-Travel request for Stephanie Hammer, Asst Public Defender, to attend the National Association of Drug Court Professionals Annual Training Conference in National Harbor, MD from Sunday, July 9th through Wednesday, July 12"(a) at cost of $1,221.60
