Chatham Community Fire Protection District Board will meet June 27.

Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

 Call to order the CFPD Regular Meeting.

 Roll Call of CFPD Board Members.

 President, Gerald Hughes; Secretary, George Perkins; and Treasurer, Gary Mueller

 Closed Session (as needed).

 Personnel issues re: Brian Gorbett and related legal issues with attorney Jim Sinlcair.

 Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting and Closed Session.

 Review of June 13, 2017 minutes and actions re same.

 Acceptance of Treasurer’s Report.

 Presentation of Bills and/or Invoices for Payment. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Public Comment. (Rules regarding Public Comment are available beforehand upon request and available at meeting).

 Five (5) minutes made available for each individual addressing the CFPD.

 Review of CFD Treatment & Transport Survey’s correspondence.

 Old Business. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Chatham Community Fire Protection District Investment plan, short and long-term, from Treasurer Mueller and actions re same.

 New Business. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Vendor list and actions re same.

 Reviewing Tentative Budget and Appropriations calculations and actions re same.

 Charles Barber from Perspective to Probationary member status and actions re same.

 Memorandum of Understanding for ALS stand-by services at the annual Sweetcorn Festival on July 22, 2017 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at a rate of $65.00 per hour and actions re same.

 CPR Recording Manikin with computer software capable of providing CPR quality, rate, and scoring and actions re same.

 Report(s) of Committees / Boards / Chiefs.
