Ordinance 18-11 – Adopting the Annual Appropriation Budget for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2019. Trustee Munroe thanked staff for all their hard work and made a motion to approve Ordinance 18-11. Motion seconded by Trustee Zobrist.

Motion passed 6-0.
Ordinance 18-12 – Revising the rates for service for the Waterworks system and the Sewerage system of the Village of Rochester, Illinois. Trustee Hendrickson made a motion to approve Ordinance 18-12. Motion seconded by Trustee Eandi.
