•Approve to hire 28 Temp/Seasonal (Vote by Mail Processors) at a rate $12/hour effective August 12, 2020

• Approve promotion/salary adjustment for Jacquelyn Hilton from Deputy Clerk to Tax Extension Specialist/Election Clerk with an increase in annual salary from $38,668.14 to $43,668.14 effective August 12, 2020

Circuit Clerk, Paul Palazzolo

• Approve to hire a replacement Court Clerk at an annual salary of $29,630.80 effective September 9, 2020; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $29,630.80 on July 27, 2020 and left the payroll system on August 7, 2020

LLWA Sarah Graham

• Approve to hire a replacement WorkForce Advisor/Specialist at an annual salary $39,000; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $41,750.35 and was promoted within the department on January 14 2019

Public Defender, Craig Reiser

• Approve Stipend for Stephanie Hammer, Assistant Public Defender, in the amount of $205.12/week effective August 12,2020

• Approve Stipend for Tawnya Frioli, Assistant Public Defender, in the amount of $358.96/week effective August 12, 2020

Highways, Brian Davis

• Approve to hire a replacement Equipment Mechanic II at an annual salary of $54,489.22 effective August 11, 2020; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $47,749.47 on October 31, 2019 and left the payroll system on November 15, 2019

• Approve to hire a replacement Highway Maintenance Crew Chief at an annual salary of $48,820.28 effective August 11, 2020; the previous employee was promoted within the department and the left the position at an annual salary of $47,165.21 on June 22, 2020

• Approve promotion/salary adjustment for Robert Withers from Field Manager Maintenance Operations to Manager Maintenance Operation with an increase in annual salary from 62,536.05 to $70,000 effective August 17, 2020
