New Business 

Coroner's Office: 

1. Purchase Order- Carolyn Czako for autopsy transcription at a total amount of $10,000. 

2. Changed Purchase Order-increase FY21 Morgue Fees from $2,000 to $4,000.

3. Approve to Hire a Part Time Death Investigator at an annual salary of $10,000 effective 2/1/22. 

The previous employee's termination date was 12/10/21 and last paycheck date was 12/23/21. 

Tim Eggleston: 

1. Pre-Travel Approvals (5) for Hunter Sullivan, Robert Ballinger, Jennilynn Oston, Aidan Maurer & Brad Clark to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy in Decatur, IL from 1/23/22 to 2/25/22 at a total cost of $16,391.25. ($3915 per officer and 731.25 for Lt. Clark) 

2. Approve a Promotion for Darric Miller from Sergeant to Deputy Lieutenant with an increase in salary from $97,199 to $101,538 effective 2/7/22 

3. Approve to Hire a Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 2/14/22. The previous employee's termination date was 11/3/21 and last paycheck date was 11/12/21. 

4. Approve to Hire a Court Security Officer at an annual salary of $38,898 effective 2/7/22. The previous employee's termination date is 1/3/22 and last paycheck date in this position was 12/24/21.
