1. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Jano Technologies for software maintenance at a cost of $160,877.12. Resolution is a 3 year agreement for a total cost of $482,632.36.

State's Attorney - Dan Wright
1. Approval to Hire an Administrative Secretary at an annual salary of up to $33,346 effective on or after 12/19/22. The previous employee's termination date will be 12/14/22 and last paycheck will be 12/23/22. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag.
