Twice weekly classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from April 18, 2023 May 18, 2023 from 2:00 4:00 PM. Classes will be held at South Side Christian Church, 2600 S MacArthur Blvd., Springfield, IL 62704. Registration fee: $65.00. If 80% of the classes are completed, the participant will receive a $60 refund upon Graduation. Participating in this program, you will:
- Make and maintain small but impactful changes in your health behaviors, financial well- being, and enrichment in later in life.
- Get REAL incentives and rewards for taking small steps that can improve your well-being.
- Meet new friends, provide support and encouragement to your peers, and become more involved in your community.
