c. Resolution approving a Supplemental Engineering Agreement with Cummins Engineering Corporation to revise Clear Lake Township - Oak Crest Road structure replacement plans.
d. Resolution approving the bid award for a project in the Village of Berlin.

c. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $10,000 for Farm and Home Supply Co. for miscellaneous equipment parts and supplies.
