State Representative Jeff Keicher (R-Sycamore) and State Senator Dave Syverson (R-Cherry Valley) will hold a community blood drive at their Hampshire office in partnership with Versiti on March 16. The event is scheduled from 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 115 W Oak Knoll Drive, Hampshire, Illinois.
Community members are encouraged to make appointments, but walk-ins will also be accepted. Appointments can be made by calling 800-786-4483, emailing Jesse at the provided address, or online through the designated link. Time slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Versiti has stated that each blood donation could help save up to three lives. Donors are required to bring photo identification and are advised to eat a healthy meal and stay hydrated before donating.
