a. Census Review – Admissions/Discharges tracking referrals with admission coordinator

V. Old Business Review

a. Staffing Update: Maintenance Director position filled, he is working cohesively with team members, motivated and working to ensure that everything is up to date and ready for survey. We are promoting a nurse from the floor staff to the Infection Preventionist role. Recruiting and interviewing to fill the DON role.

VI. New Business/Discussion

a. Cleared COVD outbreak within the facility.

b. Marketing – we had ‘prom’ where we named a king and queen and a gathering for Fat Tuesday. All of which was posted on Facebook for sharing. Upcoming: we will hold our annual Easter Egg Hunt at Sunny Acres on 3/21/26. Flyers are being made to be posted, we will run this through the Observer.

a. Lagoon Valve update: working on contract to have valves exercised every 6 months

b. Window replacement project: $73,296 – Budget $289,950.

d. Walk in cooler/freezer – has been installed and working well.
