2. 3 Licensure Findings: 300.610a) Resident Care Policies, 300.1210b) General Requirements for Nursing and Personal Care, 300.3240 Abuse/Neglect
V. Old Business Review
a. Ultrasound and E-stim are in the building at SA and being used
b. Commercial – discussed with CassComm
VI. New Business/Discussion
a. Staffing update – Assistant Director of Nursing Tracy Hill, RN she will be working 10a-6p; still recruiting for a restorative nurse to work 11a-7p.
b. Floor staff: we have hired 8 CNAs and 1 RN; interviews continue
c. Resident room renovations are ongoing. Updated cost $354,651.78.
d. HOG starting to work on window replacement bids for the building.
e. Lagoon valve replacement should be starting very soon.
