On Friday, April 4, former Lanphier High School standout Chad Saner’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Friday, April 4, former Lanphier High School standout Chad Saner’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Ohio Bobcats.

The game took place at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park. This was their first matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at Ralph McKinzie Field at Walt and Janice Owens Park against Ohio Bobcats.
