On May 16, one white resident of Menard County had their COVID-19 test return positive, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Since the start of the pandemic, 18 white residents have tested positive for COVID-19, constituting 100 percent of the positive cases in Menard County.
