On September 19, four white residents of Logan County had their COVID-19 test return positive”, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Since the start of the pandemic, 281 white residents have tested positive for COVID-19, constituting 66 percent of the positive cases in Logan County.
