On September 19, no Hispanic residents of Sangamon County had COVID-19 tests return positive, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Since the start of the pandemic, 37 Hispanic residents have tested positive for COVID-19, constituting one percent of the positive cases in Sangamon County.
