Performance Brokerage Services announced on May 2 the sale of Carver Toyota of Columbus in Taylorsville, Indiana from Roy J. Carver, Jr. and Ashley Jannie to Clay Carlock of Carlock Automotive Group.
The transaction marks an expansion for Carlock Automotive Group, which now adds its first location in Indiana. The group has been operated by the second and third generations of the Carlock family for over 50 years and currently owns 12 dealerships across several states.
