Public Defender’s Office – Craig Reiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Part Time Public Defender at an annual salary of $43,846.92 effective 9/1/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/25/25 at an annual salary of $43,846.92 and left the payroll on 8/1/25. 

Circuit Clerk – Joe Roesch/Erin Tozer/Ande Kirkland 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Part Time at an hourly salary of $16.12hr effective 9/13/25; the previous employee left the position on 6/30/25 at an hourly salary of $16.12hr and left the payroll on 5/9/25. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Clerk Division at an annual salary of $38,369.36/$19.67/hr effective 9/29/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 8/22/25 at an annual salary of $38,369.36/$19.67/hr and will leave the payroll on 8/29/25.

3. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Court Clerk Division at an annual salary of $38,369.36/$19.67/hr effective 9/29/25; the previous employee will leave the position on 8/15/25 at an annual salary of $38,369.36/$19.67/hr and will leave the payroll on 8/29/25.

4. Purchase Order-Conscisys Corp for annual license renewal for eAppeal software in the amount of $4,100.

State’s Attorney – John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Senior Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to $119,956 effective on or after 8/12/25; the previous employee was promoted on 7/1/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $98,000. 

2. Approval to promote and adjust salary for Meghan McCarthy effective 7/1/25. Her title will change from Senior Assistant State’s Attorney to Senior ASA-Chief of the Felony Division. Her salary will change from $98,000 to $108,000. 

3. Approval to adjust salary for Jade Sisti, Assistant State’s Attorney, effective 8/4/25. Her salary will change from $65,000 to $72,000. 

4. Approval to adjust salary for Sarah Ross, Assistant State’s Attorney, effective 8/4/25. Her salary will change from $68,000 to $72,000. 

5. Approval to adjust salary for Nicholas Bailey, Assistant State’s Attorney, effective 8/4/25. His salary will change from $70,000 to $73,000. 

6. Approval to adjust salary for Brandon Phetsadasack, Assistant State’s Attorney, effective 8/4/25. His salary will change from $70,000 to $73,000. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Supreme Court 711 intern (seasonal) at an annual salary of $5,000 effective on or after 8/18/25; the previous employee left the position on 5/1/25 at an annual salary of $5,000 and left the payroll on 5/9/25. 

8. Approval to hire a replacement Lead Worker at an annual salary of up to $35,500 effective on or after 8/18/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/11/25 at an annual salary of $35,670 and left the payroll on 7/18/25. 

9. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk/Typist at an annual salary of up to $35,500 effective on or after 8/12/25; the previous employee was promoted on 4/28/25 and left the position at a salary of $35,677. 

10. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary of up to ASA Level 2-$79,402 effective on or after 8/14/25; the previous employee was promoted on 7/14/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $64,000.

Court Services – Kent Holsopple 

1. Purchase Order- various vendors for FY2026-Grant-Housing Assistance in the amount of $29,000. 

2. Purchase Order-Andrew Jolly for FY2026-Grant-MRT Classes in the amount of $22,320. 

3. Purchase Order-Capital Township General Asst for FY2026-Grant-Employment Services in the amount of $15,000. 

4. Purchase Order-Big Room Testing for FY2026-Grant-Drug Testing Supplies/Confirmations in the amount of $11,000.04. 

5. Purchase Order-Visa/Illinois National Bank for FY2026-Grant-Incentives/Graduation Supplies in the amount of $10,000. 

6. Purchase Order-TCS Holding Company LLC for FY2026-Grant-CourtFact Annual Fee in the amount of $4,500. 

7. Purchase Order-SMTD for FY2026-Grant-Public Transportation/Ride Share in the amount of $4,000. 

8. Approval to hire a replacement Senior Detention Officer at an annual salary of $62,252 effective 8/25/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/31/25 at an annual salary of $65,302 and will leave the payroll on 8/15/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois. 

9. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $55,888 effective 8/25/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/22/25 at an annual salary of $55,888 and left the payroll on 8/1/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois. 

10. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 8/25/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/25/25 at an annual salary of $52,865.28 and left the payroll on 8/1/25. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. This position is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois. 

11. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 8/25/25; the previous employee was promoted on 7/28/25 and left the position at an annual salary of $57,516.62. 

12. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 8/25/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/31/25 at an annual salary of $54,753 and will leave the payroll on 8/15/25. 

13. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $50,886 effective 8/25/25; the previous employee left the position on 7/31/25 at an annual salary of $51,828.66 and will leave the payroll on 8/15/25.
