Sheriff. Paula Crouch 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary of $62,103.75 effective 3/25/26;  the previous employee was promoted on 1/26/26 and left the position at an annual salary of $69,631.28. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary of $62,103.75 effective 3/25/26; the previous employee left the position on 1/10/25 at an annual salary of $66,867.54 and left the payroll on 1/17/25. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $53,864 effective 3/25/26; the previous employee left the position on 1/7/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll on 1/19/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $53,864 effective 3/25/26; the previous employee left the position on 1/22/24 at an annual salary of $44,255.98 and left the payroll on 2/2/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $53,864 effective 3/25/26; the previous employee left the position on 1/28/25 at an annual salary of $54,270.02 and left the payroll on 2/14/25. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $53,864 effective 3/25/26; the previous employee left the position on 5/29/25 at an annual salary of $54,270.02 and left the payroll on 6/6/25. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $53,864 effective 3/25/26; the previous employee left the position on 8/5/25 at an annual salary of $55,849.91 and left the payroll on 8/15/25.

Coroner, Jim Allmon 

1. Approval to promote and adjust salary for Kiersten Oldham, Death Investigator II, effective 3/29/26. Her title will become Death Investigator I and her salary will change from $47,586.05 to $60,823. Her grade will change from 7 to 13. 

Circuit Clerk, Joe Roesch 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Criminal Division at an annual salary of $39,673.93/$20.3456 effective 3/24/26; the previous employee left the position on 2/3/26 at an annual salary of $39,673.93/$20.3456 and left the payroll on 2/13/26.

2. Approval to hire a replacement Traffic Division Manager at an annual salary of $59,265.94/$30.3928 effective 3/24/26 (4/13/26-original effective date); the previous employee left the position on 2/27/26 at an annual salary of $59,265.94 and left the payroll on 3/13/26. The effective date was amended at the Courts Committee- to be 3/24/26. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 

Court Services – Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Detention Officer at an annual salary of $57,509 effective 3/30/26; the previous employee was promoted on 2/23/26 and left the position at an annual salary of $58,825. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag as this position’s salary is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois 

Public Health, John Ridley 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Clerk Typist I-ACC at an annual salary of $37,084.61 effective 3/24/26; the previous employee left the position on 2/27/26 at an annual salary of $40,669.78 (temp pay) and will leave the payroll on 3/13/26. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag due to staff shortage. 

Information Systems, Kim Jackson 

1. Approval to hire a replacement PC Network Support at an annual salary of up to $64,017 effective 4/7/26; the previous employee left the position on 2/26/26 at an annual salary of $56,000.10 and will leave the payroll on 3/13/26. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag due to staff shortage. 

Smart, Kate Downing 

1. Purchase Order-Verizon Wireless for monthly billing and tablet/phone in the amount of $3,840. 

Acceptance of Purchase Reports 

Old Business- tabled 2/10/26 Veterans Assistance Commission: 

Approval to adjust salary for Jeremy Irvin, Veteran Service Officer, effective 1/29/26. His salary will change from $56,143.68 to $61,758.04.
