19. Purchase Order-Ray O’Herron for rifle and duty ammo in the amount of $13,996. 

20. Purchase Order-HSHS Medical Group Inc for annual random drug testing in the amount of $13,140. 

21. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the ILETSB Camera Grant from the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board in the amount  of $1,438,457.96. This is a new grant and no matching funds are required.
