c. Approval of a Local Public Agency Engineering Supplemental Agreement for Veenstra and Kimm, Inc. of Springfield, IL  in the amount of $28,541.00 for construction plans related to the CH 37 – Cardinal Hill Bridge Replacement spanning the  south fork of the Sangamon River.
