a. Resolution approving the award of low bid for a structure replacement in Ball Township – Burnstine Road.
b. Resolution approving a contract with Applied Research Associates of Champaign, IL for the evaluation
of current seasonal posted roadways on the County Highway System.
c. Resolution approving a purchase order in the amount of $39,000 from the County Highway Fund for the replacement of an expansion joint on Mechanicsburg Road Structure No. 084-3446 by Sangamo Construction.
6. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $17,400 from the County Highway Fund for guardrail and end section repair on Mechanicsburg Road at Etherton Rd and Stephenson Ln by Clevenger Contractors, Inc.
b. Pre-Travel Approval for County Engineer Brian Davis to attend the Fall Illinois Association of County Engineers Conference in East Peoria, Illinois.
