a. Resolution approving a joint funding agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for a bridge replacement on Divernon Road in the City of Auburn.
b. Resolution approving the award of low bid for a structure replacement in Cartwright Township – Hergenrother Road.
c. Resolution approving the award of low bid for a structure replacement in Ball Township – Burnstine Road.
d. Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Springfield for construction on CH 8-Old Jacksonville Road.
e. Resolution approving the purchase of a Pneumatic-tire roller.
f. Resolution approving a supplemental Preliminary Engineering Agreement with WHKS for structure replacements on CH 28- Black Diamond Road.
g. Resolution approving a five-year contract with Applied Research Associates for pavement preservation consultation and analysis.
6. Committee Approvals.
a. Approval for a purchase order in the amount of $7,860 to Plaza Truck Service, Inc. for a frame rail repairs on 1995 Ford 9000 distributor truck.
b. Approval for a purchase order in the amount of $10,200 to CMW Equipment Company of Bridgeton, MO for the rental of a BOMAG Pneumatic-tired roller.
