3. Approval of the minutes of the October 25, 2023 Road & Bridge Committee Meeting.

4. Acceptance of Expenditure Report.

5. Approval of Resolutions & Ordinances.

a. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for the 2024 annual maintenance of county highways.

b. Resolution appropriating Motor Fuel Tax funds for 2024 IMRF expenses.

c. Resolution approving a contract with Hanson Professional Services for engineering planning and design work for the extension of Iron Bridge Road from Woodside Road to Recreation Drive.

d. Resolution approving a Jurisdictional Transfer to the Village of Williamsville.

e. Resolution approving a Permanent Easement for sewer access to the City of Springfield in the SW Corner of Highway Complex.

6. Committee Approvals.

a. Approval to dispose of equipment:

i. Inventory # 015883-#38-2011 F150 with 144K miles.

ii. Inventory #20799 and #20801 – Two (2) Woods five foot rotary cutter mowing decks.

b. Approval of FY 2023 Purchase Orders

i. Capitol Construction Group LLC in the amount of $6,350 for traffic signal repair at Old Jacksonville Road and Bradfordton Road due to traffic accident.

ii. Centre State International Trucks in the amount of $15,000 for parts to repair #2 engine.

c. Approval of FY 2024 Purchase Orders

i. Ameren, Illinois in the amount of $17,500 for Traffic Signals and Lights.

ii. Ben Tire in the amount of $15,000 for purchase of tires.

iii. Bob Ridings in the amount of $5,000 for Parts and Labor.

iv. Central Illinois AG, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 for miscellaneous tractor and mower parts and labor. 

v. Centre State International Trucks, Inc. in the amount of $20,000 for miscellaneous parts.

vi. Mid-Illinois Companies in the amount of $24,500 for gutter and painting work on Highway Office.

vii. Farm and Home Supply in the amount of $15,000 for miscellaneous supplies and clothing allowance.

viii. Goodyear tires from State of Illinois joint purchase program in the amount of $20,000 for the purchase of tires for various vehicles and equipment.

ix. Henry’s Service Center, Inc. in the amount of $10,000 for miscellaneous parts.

x. Landmark Ford Truck in the amount of $26,500 for various parts and repair services.

xi. Martin Equipment in the amount of $5,000 for miscellaneous equipment parts.

xii. Mid-Illinois Companies in the amount of $29,900 for siding, soffit and trim work on Highway Office.

xiii. Molo Petroleum in the amount of $29,500 for the purchase of various oils and anti-freeze.

xiv. O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in the amount of $27,000 for various vehicle parts and supplies.

xv. Roland Machinery in the amount of $10,000 for various equipment parts.

xvi. Rush Truck Centers in the amount of $20,000 for various vehicle parts and repair services.

xvii. Sievers Equipment Co. in the amount of $5,000 for various parts. 

xviii. Tylex in the amount of $10,000 for natural gas utilities.

xix. Verizon Wireless in the amount of $10,000 for cellular service.

xx. Winter’s Equipment in the amount of $5,000 for plow blades.
