•   Approve a salary adjustment for Alicia Dean, Workforce Specialist, with an increase in annual salary from $46,074 to 47,574 effective 09/01/2023

•   Approve to hire a replacement Workforce Specialist/Advisor at an annual salary of $40,000- 43,000 effective 10/11/2023; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $46,299.24 on 09/08/2023 and left the payroll system on 09/15/2023

•   Transfer $300,000 from Dislocated Worker to Adult
