New Business/Department Updates: 

Court Administration – Suzann Maxheimer 

1. Approval to Hire a Jury Commission/Law Library Clerk at an annual salary of up to $36,046 effective 7/9/23; the previous employee will leave the position on 6/2/23 at an annual salary of $36,437.26 and will leave the payroll system on 6/9/23. 

Public Defender’s Office – Craig Reiser 

Circuit Clerk – Paul Palazzolo/David Durall/Erin Tozer 

1. Purchase Order-AdGators for annual licensing agreement at a cost of $4,682. 

2. Purchase Order-Precisely Software for software maintenance at a cost of $19,179.98. 

3. Changed Purchase Order-Bradfield’s for toner-increase amount to $25,000 for the year(from $5,000) 

4. Approval to Hire a Front Counter Clerk at an annual salary of $32,280.70/$16.5542 effective 6/14/23; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $32,280.70/$16.5542 on 4/28/23 and left the payroll system on 5/12/23. 

5. Pre-Travel Approval for Circuit Clerk Paul Palazzolo to attend the JANO User Conference in Champaign, IL from 6/12-6/13 at a cost of $325.04. 

6. Approval of Grant Renewal & County Board Resolution for Title IV-D Child Support in the amount of $41,753. 

State’s Attorney – Dan Wright 

1. Approve salary adjustment for Breanna Bradley, Victim/Witness Advocate. Annual salary will change from $36,935.68 to $40,000 effective 6/19/23. 

2. Pre-Travel Approval for 1st Assistant Derek Dion to attend the Illinois States Attorney’s Summer Conference in Grafton, IL from 6/7-6/9 at a cost of $958.00. 

Court Services – Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 6/19/23; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $46,278.96 on 10/31/2022 and left this position in the payroll system on 11/10/22. 

2. Approval to Hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 6/19/23; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $43,627 on 5/16/23 and left the payroll on 5/26/23. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois. 

3. Approval to Hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 7/3/23; the previous employee will be promoted to a Senior Probation Officer position. She is leaving this position at an annual salary of $43,842. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois. 

4. Approval to Promote Dana Brady to a Senior Probation Officer position. Her current job title is Probation Officer. Her salary will change from $49,107 to $51,071.28 effective 7/3/23.
