1. Purchase Order-AdGators.com for annual software license renewal at a cost of $5,150.

2. Purchase Order-DAL Automation Inc for 4 new zebra label printers at a cost of $5,784.

3. Changed Purchase Order-Hanson Information for Disaster Recovery Services FY24 from $13,080 to $29,000. 

4. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance and County Board for the IV-D Child Support Reimbursement Grant in the amount of $41,753. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required. 

5. Pre-Travel Approval for Chief Deputy Paula Crouch to attend the eCourts Conference in Las 

Vegas, NV from 12/8-12/12/24 at a cost of $2,261. 

6. Pre-Travel Approval for Chief Deputy Erin Tozer to attend the eCourts Conference in Las Vegas, NV from 12/8-12/12/24 at a cost of $2,261. 

7. Pre-Travel Approval for Manager Ande Kirkland to attend the eCourts Conference in Las Vegas, NV from 12/8-12/12/24 at a cost of $2,261.

State’s Attorney – John Milhiser 

1. Pre-Travel Approval for State’s Attorney John Milhiser to attend the Illinois State’s Attorney’s Association Summer Conference in Galena, IL from 6/12-6/14/24 at a cost of $1,360.56. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney Level 2 at an annual salary range of $68,046-$76,709 effective on or after 7/22/24; the previous employee will leave the position on 6/13/24 at an annual salary of $69,680 and will leave the payroll system on 6/21/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney Level 1 at an annual salary range of $62,400-$68,045 effective on or after 6/12/24; the previous employee went off Fellowship status on 3/14/21 at an annual salary of $49,104. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary range (up to Level 3) of $76,710-$93,052 effective on or after 6/12/24; the previous employee was promoted on 10/31/22 and left the position at an annual salary of $73,692. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney at an annual salary range (up to Level 3) of $76,710-$93,052 effective on or after 6/12/24; the previous employee was promoted on 11/9/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $75,000. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney-Level 2 at an annual salary range of $68,046-$76,709 effective on or after 6/12/24; the previous employee left the position on 3/31/23 at an annual salary of $70,053 and left the payroll system on 4/14/23. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State’s Attorney Level 1 at an annual salary range of $62,400-$68,045 effective on or after 6/12/24; the previous employee was promoted on 5/8/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $64,900. 

8. Approval to adjust salary for Stephanie Berry, Senior Legal Secretary, and change position to a Grade 8 (Legal Assistant) with salary changing from $45,147 to $49,999 effective 6/12/24.

Court Services – Kent Holsopple 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Probation Officer at an annual salary of $47,117 effective 6/17/24; the previous employee left the position on 10/3/23 at an annual salary of $43,627 and left the payroll system on 10/13/23. 

2. Approval to hire a Detention Supervisor at an annual salary of $72,343 effective 6/30/24. This is a new position approved by the Administrative Office of Illinois Courts. AOIC will fund 93.5% of the salary. 

3. Intergovernmental Agreement for secured bed space in the Peoria County Juvenile Detention Center.
