Public Defender’s Office – Craig Reiser 

1. Approval to Hire two (2) Summer Interns effective 5/15/24. The positions will pay $5,000 each for the summer.

Circuit Clerk – Joe Roesch/Paula Crouch/Erin Tozer 

1. Approval to Hire a Deputy Clerk-Records Division at an annual salary of $35,508.72 effective 11/27/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/13/23 at an annual salary of $35,508.72 and last paycheck date was 10/27/23.

2. Approval to Hire a Deputy Clerk-Small Claims Division at an annual salary of $35,508.72 effective 11/15/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/5/23 at an annual salary of $35,508.72 and last paycheck date was 10/13/23.

3. Approval to Hire an Assistant to the Clerk at an annual salary of $35,700 effective 11/17/23; the previous employee left the position on 9/17/23 at an annual salary of $64,492.33 and last paycheck date was 9/29/23.

4. Approval to Hire a Deputy Clerk-Records Division at an annual salary of $35,508.72 effective 11/15/23; the previous employee was promoted on 9/5/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $35,508.72.

State’s Attorney – Dan Wright 

1. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-States Atty Appellate Prosecutor for annual contribution at a cost of $37,000.

2. Approval to Hire an Administrative Secretary at an annual salary of up to $38,000 on or after 11/15/23; the previous employee was promoted on 9/25/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $33,330. The position has been upgraded to a grade 6.

3. Approval to Adjust Salary for Kelli Montejano, Administrative Secretary. Her salary will change from $33,300 to $38,000 effective 12/1/23. The position has been upgraded to a grade 6.

4. Pre-Travel Approval for John Milhiser to attend the II State’s Attorney’s Winter conference in Oakbrook, IL from 12/13-12/16/23 at a cost of $1,318.50.

1. Approval to Hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 11/20/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/3/23 at an annual salary of $43,627 and last paycheck date was 10/13/23.

2. Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 11/20/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/18/23 at an annual salary of $43,627 and last paycheck date was 10/27/23. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.

3. Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 11/20/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/19/23 at an annual salary of $43,627 and last paycheck date was 10/27/23. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.

4. Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $43,627 effective 11/20/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/24/23 at an annual salary of $43,627 and last paycheck date will be 11/10/23. Requesting waiver of the 30 day lag. 100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.
