1. Approval for a Promotion & Salary Adjustment for Sharine BelFellah, Advocate Supervisor effective 1/8/24; her salary will change from $48,725.24 to $54,578.24 and title will be CASA Advocate Supervisor. This is due to an update in the DCFS grant.

2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the VOCA CASA Victim Assistance Grant from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority with anticipated grant revenue of $134,990; matching funds not required.
