Coroner’s Office: 

1. Approval to hire a Part-Time Death Investigator at an annual salary of $10,000 effective  8/27/24; the previous employee left the position on 6/16/24 at an annual salary of $10,000 and left the payroll system on 7/5/24. 

2. Purchase Order-Werfen USA LLC for an AVOXimeter 4000 CO Oximetry Assessment in the amount of $17,585.

Tim Eggleston- Sheriff’s Office: 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Records Clerk at an annual salary range of $33,206-41,507 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/14/24 at an annual salary of 39,065.91 and will leave the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Cook at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 9/30/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/15/24 at an annual salary of $50,503 and will leave the payroll system on 8/30/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/29/24 at an annual salary of $60,466 and left the payroll system on 6/7/24. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/27/24 at an annual salary of $37,551 and left the payroll system on 8/2/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/15/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll system on 8/2/24. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/4/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll system on 7/19/24. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 9/11/24; the previous employee left the position on 7/20/24 at an annual salary of $41,573 and left the payroll system on 8/2/24. 

8. Purchase Order-State’s Attorney’s Office for a van purchase in the amount of $7,000. 9. Pre-Travel Approval for 15 Deputies’ to attend Tactical Entry Systems 5 day training in Byhalia, MS from 9/29-10/4/24 in the amount of $23,156.42.
