Coroner’s Office: 

1. Purchase Order-Howmedica Ostenonics Corp dba Stryker Sales LLC for maintenance coverage at a cost of $6,402.60. 

2. Vehicle Disposal-2015 Ford Taurus 

3. Approval for the Summer Internship Program- $2,000 (based on 15 hours per week for a total of 8  weeks) effective 6/1/23. 

Tim Eggleston- Sheriff’s Office: 

1. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 3/1/23; the  previous employee was promoted on 1/9/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $62,145. 

2. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 3/11/23; the  previous employee was promoted on 2/6/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $48,173. 

3. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 3/1/23; the  previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $40,362 on 10/28/22 and left the payroll system on 11/11/22. 

4. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 3/17/23; the  previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $59,749 on 2/11/23 and left the payroll system on 2/17/23. 

5. Approval to Adjust Salary for Phillip Coady. Current job title is Jury Liaison. Hourly salary will  change from $14/hr to $18.30/hr effective 3/1/23. 

6. Approval to Hire an FOIA/Body Worn Camera Redaction Clerk at an annual salary of $35,008  effective 3/1/23. This is a new position. 

7. Approval to Hire a Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 3/1/23. This is a new position.

9. Approval to renew a grant with IDOT for the STEP (Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program)  grant with anticipated grant revenue of $38, 161.77. No matching funds required. 

10. Pre-Travel Approval for Deputy Ben Helton to attend the Glock Armorer/Red Dot Course in  Lockport, IL from 4/24/23-4/27/23 at a cost of $1,213.01. 

11. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Morrow Brothers Ford, Inc. for 2 new patrol vehicles  (SMTD Project) at a cost of $114,571.50. 

12. Purchase Order-Tyler Technologies for a CAD System Update to interact with body cams & 911  recordings at a cost of $23,616. 

13. Vehicle Disposal- 2008 Econoline Van, 2012 Ford F-150 Patrol vehicle, 2021 Ford F-150 Patrol  vehicle
