Tim Eggleston- Sheriff’s Office: 

1. Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services for the purpose of the Sheriff’s Office supporting CPS as they perform their duties. This is a four year agreement. 

2. Approval for Vehicle Disposals-2004 GMC Sierra Truck (4856), 13457 and 2004 GMC Savana Van (96533), 17262 

3. Purchase Order-Ray O’Herron Co for body armor in the amount of $4,340. 

4. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $59,715.14 to $62,351 effective 9/1/24; the previous employee will be promoted on 8/19/24. 

5. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy at an annual salary range of $59,715.14 to $62,351 effective 8/19/24; the previous employee left the position on 6/30/24 at an annual salary of $60,811.88 and will leave the payroll system on 7/19/24. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $41,573 effective 8/19/24; the previous employee was promoted on 6/16/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $41,573. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Control Room Operator at an annual salary of $37,551 effective 8/19/24; the previous employee left the position on 5/29/24 at an annual salary of $60,466 and left the payroll system on 6/7/24. 

8. Approval to promote Deputy Amie Robinson to a Deputy Sergeant effective 8/19/24 with a change in salary from $85,954.79 to $96,269.28. 

9. Approval to promote Deputy Sergeant John Osmer to a Deputy Lieutenant effective 8/19/24 with a change in salary from $103,870.50 to $108,507.31. 

10. Pre-Travel Approval for Lieutenant Brad Clark to attend the Basic Correctional Officer Academy as an Instructor in Decatur, IL from 8/18/24-10/11/24 at a cost of $1,310. 

11. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Jessica Griffin to attend the Basic Correctional Academy in Decatur, IL from 8/18/24-10/11/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

12. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Dan Reece to attend the Basic Correctional Academy in Decatur, IL from 8/18/24-10/11/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

13. Pre-Travel Approval for Correctional Officer Kyle VanDorn to attend the Basic Correctional Academy in Decatur, IL from 8/18/24-10/11/24 at a cost of $5,800. 

14. Pre-Travel Approval for Superintendent Larry Beck to attend the Central Jail Summit in Peoria, IL from 8/22-8/23/24 at a cost of $223.79. 

15. Pre-Travel Approval for Asst. Superintendent William Smith to attend the Central Jail Summit in Peoria, IL from 8/22-8/23/24 at a cost of $224.46.
