Tim Eggleston- Sheriff’s Office:

1. Pre-Travel Approval for Sgt. Todd Guy to attend a seminar on Internal Affairs Conference and Certification from 2/11/24-2/16/24 in Franklin, IN at a cost of $1,790.12.

2. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-MJ Kellner for FY24 annual food supplies at a cost of $643,958.

3. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Advanced Correctional Healthcare for FY24 medical & mental health services at a cost of $1,217,619.47.

4. Vehicle Disposals: 2015 Dodge Caravan, 2019 Ford Interceptor Sedan, 2013 Chevy Tahoe & 2013 Chevy Impala

5. Approval for new grant (w/ County Board Resolution) from the US Department of Justice for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant in the amount of $35,883.05. Matching funds not required.

6. Approval to Promote unknown to the position of Correctional Officer Sgt. effective 11/13/23. Current title is Correctional Officer and salary will change from $50,776-71,936 to $57,376-81,289. 7. Approval to Hire a Deputy at an annual salary of $55,210 effective 11/13/23; the previous employee left the position on 10/6/23 and last paycheck was 10/13/23 at an annual salary of $86,785.
