Coroner’s Office:
1. Pre-Travel Approval for Coroner Jim Allmon to attend the Illinois County Officials Conference and Coroner Training in Bloomington, IL from 11/12-11/15/23 at a cost of $569.04.
2. Changed Purchase Order & Resolution-SIU School of Medicine for forensic autopsies at a cost of $150,000.
Tim Eggleston- Sheriff’s Office:
1. Pre-Travel Approval for Sheriff Jack Campbell to attend the FBI NAA IL State Chapter Conference in Galena, IL from 11/1-11/3/23 at a cost of $937.82.
2. Pre-Travel Approval for Captain Audie Prange to attend the FBI NAA IL State Chapter Conference in Galena, IL from 11/1-11/3/23 at a cost of $643.00.
3. Pre-Travel Approval for Sergeant Mike Harth to attend a course on Management and Supervision of Investigative Units in Urbana, IL from 12/5-12/6/23 at a cost of $230.21.
3. Changed Purchase Order-Ray O’Herron for uniforms at an additional cost of $15,000.
4. Approval to Hire a CIEG Secretary at an annual salary range of $38,088-$47,610 effective 10/16/23; the previous employee left the position on 8/31/23 and left the payroll at an annual salary of $46,412.53 on 9/15/23.
5. Approval to Hire a Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $40,362 effective 10/30/23; the previous employee will be promoted on 9/25/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $59,749. 6. Approval to Hire a Court Security Officer at an annual salary of $38,898 effective 10/16/23; the previous employee was promoted on 9/15/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $43,953.
