1. Call to Order 

2. Roll Call/Sign In of Committee Members 

3. Approval of the minutes of the May 31, 2023 Road & Bridge Committee Meeting. 

4. Acceptance of Expenditure Report. 

5. Approval of Resolutions & Ordinances. 

      a. Resolution approving the Planning Year 2024 agreement with the Springfield-Sangamon County  Regional Planning Commission for the Planning Year 2024 Unified Planning Work Program. 

      b. Resolution approving the granting of a Permanent Easement to the City of Springfield, IL for the purpose of utility construction and maintenance, sidewalk construction and maintenance, and for other roadway purposes. 

6. Committee Approvals. 

      a. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $29,500 for Louis Marsch for pavement patching  products. 

      b. Approval of a purchase order in the amount of $6,000 for Quigg Engineering, Inc. for supplemental  work on the Divernon Road structure replacement project. 

7. Old Business

8. New Business
