- Approve to hire a replacement Correctional Officer at an annual salary of $34,891 effective June 5, 2017; the previous employee will leave the payroll system on May 5, 2017 Coroner, Cinda Edwards

- Approve to hire Zelinda Taylor as an Office Assistant at a rate of $8.25 an hour effective May 15, 2017

Circuit Clerk, Paul Palazzolo:

- Approve to hire a replacement Civil Family Front Counter Clerk at an annual Salary of $26,691.22 effective June 24, 2017; the current employee will transfer within the department effective May 24, 2017 

- Approve to hire three Seasonal employees at a rate of $10 an hour effective May 15, 2017

Recorder, Josh Langfelder:

- Approve to hire three Part Time Seasonal employees at a rate of $10 an hour effective May 23, 2017

Court Services, Mike Torchia:

- Approve for Court Services to apply for a grant in the amount $222,477 from the Adult Redeploy Illinois/Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority; matching funds not required

- Approve for Court Services to apply for a grant not to exceed $35,000 from the Illinois Department of Human Services/Illinois Juvenile Justice Commission; matching funds not required

- Approve to hire two replacement Treatment Specialists at an annual salary of $41,190 effective June 5, 2017; the previous employees will be leaving the payroll system on May 5, 2017.

County Clerk, Don Gray/Stacey Kern:

- Approve to hire Makai Grant for temporary summer help at an hourly rate of $10.00, effective June 1, 2017.

County Administration, Brian McFadden:

- Resolution approving an application to add territory to the Springfield/Sangamon County Enterprise Zone by including parcel 36-18.0-200-001 located on Black Diamond Rd, Pawnee, IL 62558

- Approve and Authorize the Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement by and between the Village of Rochester, the Rochester Public Library District, the Rochester Fire Protection District, the Lincoln Land Community College District #526, the Sangamon County Water Reclamation District, the Rochester Township and the County of Sangamon
