Old Business:
Village Board reviewed and discussed final draft of FY18 Budget. Trustee Munroe made a motion to prepare ordinance for adoption of budget at Special Village Board meeting. Motion seconded by Trustee Zobrist. Unanimous aye vote. Motion passed.
New Business:
Motion to approve the contract for fireworks and authorize IMLRMA additional insurance clause. Trustee Munroe made a motion to approve. Motion seconded by Trustee Hendrickson.

Motion to approve the special event permit for District 23 scheduled for May 19, 2017. Trustee Zobrist made a motion to approve special permit. Motion seconded by Trustee Munroe. Unanimous aye vote. Motion passed.
Motion to accept the proposal of Estes, Bridgewater & Ogden for the annual audit FYE 4/30/17 $15,750. Trustee Hill made a motion to approve. Motion seconded by Trustee Hendrickson.

Motion to authorize 4’ sidewalks in Oak Mill Estates Subdivision Third Addition (35-2-7). Trustee Hill made a motion to authorize 4’ sidewalks in Oak Mill Estates Third Addition. Motion seconded by Trustee Eandi. Unanimous aye vote. Motion passed.
Motion to accept the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the plat revision for 510 Old Timbers, Rochester, Illinois. Trustee Hendrickson made a motion to approve the plat revision. Motion seconded by Trustee Zobrist. Unanimous aye vote. Motion passed.
