City Clerk Frank Lesko called the Pre Council Session of the Springfield City Council to Order at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center West.

Clerk Lesko read the ordinances on First Reading and assigned to the Committee of the Whole.
