a) Financials were reviewed by Marge Oblinger
b) Bed Rate Study – results will be presented next month to review for rate increase
c) Elevator Repair – Sarah provided an update on contacting the state inspector and having the elevator repaired.
d) Agency Usage – numbers continue to decline.
e) Next Meeting: June 26, 2018 (this was subsequently changed to Wednesday, June 27)
