Q4 real estate sales report: Pawnee

Median prices declined in Pawnee over last year, and are down 16.9 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 9 homes sold in Pawnee for a median price of $87,500. That's 23.7 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.

In the fourth quarter, 1 home in Pawnee was in foreclosure.

Median property tax for homeowners in Pawnee was $2,332.58 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2 percent of their home's value in taxes.
