City of Lincoln Regular City Council met Feb. 4.

Here is the minutes provided by the council:

The Regular Meeting of the City Councilof Lincoln was called to order by Mayor Seth Goodman at 7 p.m.,with proper notice given. City Clerk Peggy Bateman called roll.

PRESENT:

Alderman Steve Parrott Alderman Ron Fleshman Alderwoman Michelle Bauer Alderman Ron Keller Alderwoman Heidi Browne Alderman Jeff Hoinacki Alderman Dayne Dalpoas

STAFF PRESENT:

City Administrator Elizabeth Kavelman City Clerk Peggy Bateman

City Attorney John Hoblit

Treasurer Chuck Conzo Fire Chief Mark Miller Police Chief Paul Adams

PUBLIC COMMENT:

Mayor Goodman called upon citizens registered to speak, there being none, he moved to the Consent Agenda.

CONSENT AGENDA BY OMNIBUS VOTE:

Payment of Bills

Approval of January 22, 2019 Regular City Council Meeting and January 29, 2019 Committee of the Whole Meeting minutes

Request from the Lincoln Park District to permit the use of various city streets for a SK Run in conjunction with the Pigs & Swigs Festival on Saturday, June 1,2019

Alderman Keller made a motion to approve, seconded by Aldennan Dalpoas. Mayor Goodman called for further discussion, there being none, City Clerk Bateman called roll.

Advice and consent to the Mayoral appointment of Bob Dunovsky as Fire Chief, effective upon the retirement of Fire Chief Mark Miller

ALDERWOMAN BROWNE MADE A MOTION TO APPROVE, SECONDED BY ALDERMAN DALPOAS. MAYOR GOODMAN CALLED FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION, THERE BEING NONE, CITY CLERK BATEMAN CALLED ROLL.

Adjournment:

There being no further business to come before the City Council of Lincoln, Alderman Dalpoas motioned to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Keller. Mayor Goodman adjourned the meeting at 7:03 p.m.
