Route 4/ Washington Street home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Route 4/ Washington Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $16,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 59 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,500 - a 13.6% increase over the $121,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Route 4/ Washington Street in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
